How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order delivery time depends on what you select at checkout from the following options…

  • FREE Shipping (7-14 Days)
  • STANDARD (5-7 Days)
  • EXPRESS (3-5 Days)
Are the soft toys safe for babies & children?

Yes. All of our soft toys are designed for newborn babies and children and conform to EN71 safety standards. Please check labels for further safety information and care.

For our Christmas stockings & sacks please check the labels and we advise you always supervise newborn babies and small children around these products.

I need my order by a specific date, is this possible?

If you need your order for a specific date such as a birthday, christening etc. then please just let us know at checkout.

Even though we will do our very best to ensure we get your order to you for this date, we cannot guarantee this depending on busy periods and holidays.

Can I change my order?

Personalised Orders

Once you have placed your order we immediately get to work on personalised orders, but if we haven’t started work then we are able to change your order. Please note we cannot guarantee this and if personalisation has already begun we are unable to change the order.

Clothing & Accessories

With clothing & accessories orders we are able to amend these if we have not already processed and/or shipped the order.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Under normal circumstances personalised items are unable to be cancelled.

We will always try our best to accommodate your needs but if the embroidery process has been started, we are unable to cancel any orders unfortunately.

Can you deliver as a gift straight to the recipient?

Yep! We always send our orders without any invoices as you’ll receive these via e-mail.

We also offer a gift wrap service which you can select on the product page at an additional cost.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. We are happy for customers to collect from our workshop based in Swansea, South Wales.

Can you ship outside the UK?

Yes!

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently use PayPal which accepts most major credit and debit cards. PayPal is one of the safest payment methods available online and is used worldwide. Also you don’t need a PayPal account to use your credit or debit card online.

Can I order before a baby is born?

Yes of course! 

As certain soft toys are extremely popular you can pre-order weeks or months in advance. This guarantees that your chosen item is reserved for you and ready to go for the newborns arrival.

We just need the due date when you order and then once the baby is born, you can just confirm the details that you require. Please let us know in the notes section if you are reserving an item for a later date.

Can I change the colours on a design?

We’ve chosen the best possible colours to suit each soft toy, but if you do want to change the colours please let us know at checkout.

Please be aware this may delay your order and due to time constraints we only allow for two colour changes.

How should I care for my item?

To wash your personalised soft toy simply unzip the bottom, remove the stuffing pods and hand wash. 

Some of our products on Baby Tots are machine washable but we always suggest you hand wash your items to prevent any accidents.

Design & Personalisation

I've seen a design I like on another soft toy, can I use that instead?

If you’ve seen a design you like on our website that’s not shown on your desired soft toy or product, please just let us know the following in the notes section at checkout

  1. The soft toy where you saw the design you want
  2. What the design is called in the dropdown box

Once you let us know the details above we will then use this design on your desired soft toy instead of the one you checked out with.

We’re happy to use our own designs but please note we cannot copy other designs from other websites.

Can I see my design before you start personalising my item?

Yes you absolutely can! Please note though by default we go straight to embroidery so unless you state this in the notes section at checkout we will use the details you’ve provided and alter the design you’ve chosen to best fit your personalisation and message.

We’ve over 10+ years experience in design so you’re in good hands!

Please note: Your order will be delayed if you do require a design draft before personalisation because we will await your approval.

Delivery & Postage

How much is postage to the UK?

Shipping prices vary. Please go through the checkout to see postage costs for your area in the UK.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes we do! When you find the product you want, simply select the gift wrapping option. If you need any help though simply just let us know at info@baby-tots.co.uk

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our personalised items unfortunately only faulty items can be returned.

Clothing can be returned within 7 days but the buyer must pay postage costs.
