How long will it take my order to arrive?

Depending on how busy we are at Baby Tots, we will always aim to get your orders to you within the time allocated on our homepage. Please note during busy times of the year orders can take slightly longer so please order early.

If you need your order by a specific date please mention this in the date/notes section at checkout.

I need my order for a specific date, is this possible?

If you need your order for a specific date such as a birthday, christening etc. then please just let us know at checkout. When you checkout there will be a calendar where it will ask you for your desired delivery date. If you cannot see this please just let us know in the notes.

Even though we will do our very best to ensure we get your order to you for this date, we cannot guarantee this depending on busy periods and holidays.

Can I change my order?

Once you have placed your order we immediately get to work on the personalisation, but if we haven’t started work then we are able to change your order. Please note we cannot guarantee this and if personalisation has already begun we are unable to change the order.

Can you ship outside the UK?

Yes! We ship to the UK, Europe, America, Australia & more. See our Delivery page to see if we deliver to your country.

The item I want is out of stock?

If the product you want is out of stock then please just let us know as we do have reserve items occasionally.
